About: Md. Rabbi Raihan Imon joined as a ‘Lecturer’ of Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering (NAOE) department in November 2025. He completed his BSc. and MSc. in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering (NAOE) from Bangladesh Maritime University. Prior to this, he was an ‘Instructor (Naval Architecture)’ at the Institute of Marine Technology, Faridpur, and ‘Project Engineer (Naval Architect)’ at the Decagon Construction and Services Ltd. He has practical experience in both industry and academia. His research interests include Structural Analysis, Offshore Monopile Design, Fluid-Structure Interaction, Pile-Soil Interaction, etc. He has published several of his research in Journals and Seminars.

Finite Element Method (FEM), Hydrodynamics, Offshore Engineering.
