About: Md. Nayeem Hossain serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Marine Fisheries and Aquaculture at Bangladesh Maritime University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and a Master of Science in Fish Biology and Biotechnology from Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University. His academic and research interests include saline water fish breeding biology, coastal aquaculture, fish genetics and physiology, and various aspects of marine biology and ecology. He participates in scientific and professional forums related to aquaculture and marine resource management, and his work integrates field studies, laboratory research, and academic responsibilities to support informed practice in Bangladesh’s marine fisheries and aquaculture sectors.
