About: Shahnaz Akter is an assistant professor in the Department of Accounting and Information Systems, at Bangladesh Maritime University. She did her MBA and BBA from Jagannath University in the department of Accounting and Information systems. She worked as a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at Dhaka Commerce College. She also attended several seminars and training sessions which enrich her knowledge, and where she gained experience in conducting research.
